Position Title: Collections Resolutions Officer 

 

Job Summary:  

The role is responsible for management of issues raised by customers and ensures that the highest level of customer satisfaction is given thru efficient management of complaints resolutions through various forms of correspondences.  The role is also tasked to ensure that customer issues and requests are addressed timely and all communications to customers adhere to the policies set by the Department and Corporate Communications. The role will also entail continuous effort to improve customer satisfactions and complaints reduction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course.
  • At least 2 years experience in collections, preferably from a credit card company or bank.
  • With at least 2 years experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements an advantage.
  • Should have 1-2 years people management experience.
  • Exposure to complaints management process/procedures.
