Position Title: Collections Specialist (Debt Counsellor)
Job Summary: The role is responsible for the timely and efficient resolution and facilitation of collection related requests, queries, and complaints made by internal and external clients received via phone. The role is also in charge of attaining set targets and productivity standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.
Role Exposure:
- Broaden one's knowledge in credit card operations
- Enhance one’s skills in customer handling, decision making, and negotiation
- Join a customer-oriented team of highly motivated individuals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; graduate of business course
- At least 3-5 years of collections experience; preferably with experience working for a credit card company, bank, or collection agency
- Working knowledge of credit card collection systems, policies, and procedures is preferred
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in handling inbound and customer service calls
