Position Title: Contact Center Operations Specialist

 

 

Job Summary:

 

 As the first level of support, the Contact Center Operations Specialist will handle inquiries and requests via calls and emails, ensuring prompt resolution within agreed service level agreements (SLAs). This role involves collaborating with various bank units to address customer needs and play a key role in enhancing the overall customer experience 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

Level 1 Support: 

  • Be the first point of contact, answering calls and emails from branches and commercial clients with professionalism and efficiency. 

  • Take charge of critical complaints, ensuring they are escalated for thorough investigation and swift resolution. 

 

Liaison: 

  • Act as a key coordinator, working closely with branches and head office units to fulfill client requests seamlessly and efficiently. 

 

Data Management: 

  • Maintain records of all phone and email interactions, contributing to continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with organizational standards. 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Experience with Commercial or Corporate Clients: Preferably with a background in supporting commercial or corporate clients, handling their inquiries and requests efficiently. 

  • Branch Processes and Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of branch processes, products, and services to provide accurate and effective support. 

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
