Position Title: Contact Center Phone Banking Officer

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Operations Officers to join our Contact Center Team. This role is crucial in safeguarding our organization against fraudulent activities and ensuring risk mitigations are in place when interacting with our customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mind-set, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of fraud detection and prevention strategies within a contact center environment.

Job Summary:

  • Provides world-class customer service
  • Responds to customer queries and requests made via phone and provides satisfying solutions to concerns regarding Fraud related transactions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to fraud investigations and incidents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate fraud risks effectively

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Course or related courses
  • Experience in Fraud handling is an advantage
  • Must have at least 1 year of banking related experience
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify patterns or irregularities
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in documentation and reporting
