Position Title: Delivery Manager
Job Summary:
· Acts as the Project Manager & Technical Architect for project activities within ITG scope
· Serves as the facilitator for Agile or Waterfall development teams to ensure timely end-to-end project delivery
· Directs development of the continuous delivery pipeline to improve delivery speed, quality and effort
Role Exposure:
· Be a change agent by leading creation of an effective project strategy, building an airtight project plan, and driving daily activities
· Develop strong interpersonal and customer service skills by building long-term and strategic partnerships with the business units and technical teams
· Enhance your analytical and problem-solving skills by assessing and resolving technical issues
Qualifications:
- With at least 10 years experience in delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle
- Strong project planning and progress monitoring including budget and milestone control
- Must be a creative problem solver; able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism
- With excellent leadership skills; can handle operational issues
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills
