Job Summary:

The L&D Manager will help build the learning culture within the bank through active collaboration with both the business units and other HR functions. This position oversees defining the learning experience framework across the bank and delivering it in practical and fit-for-purpose methods. This position is accountable for connecting appropriate learning interventions to the bank’s business goals and direction through a competence assurance and development approach.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in the learning function of leading local companies or multinationals.
  • Demonstrated skills in Learning Design & Development, Business Partnership, Knowledge Management, and Learning Delivery.
  • Team Leadership/Management experience is an advantage; ability to mobilize a group of people to produce and deliver high quality learning solutions.
  • Passionate about Learning trends, technologies and innovations and how these can enable organizational and individual performance.
  • Experience in banking industry is not required
