Recoveries Manager - Pasay City
Job Summary:
The role is tasked to manage and supervise the Recoveries Assistants and Specialists, and ensure that agencies' targets are met. The role is expected to ensure that flow rates and lagged delinquencies of accounts that are 90 days and above past due are within the desired parameters. The role shall also be responsible for endorsing accounts to collection agencies based on collection rate, capacity, and consistency of performance.
Role Exposure:
- Enhance your leadership skills as you lead a team of Recoveries Assistants and Specialists in ensuring agency related targets are met.
- Expand your collaboration skills as you strengthen your working relationship with external Collection agencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder; preferably graduate of business course
- At least 3 years of collections experience in recoveries preferably from credit card company, bank or collection agencies
- At least 2 years people management experience preferably handling collection recoveries team
- Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge on Collection systems and policies/procedures is an advantage
