Position Title:  CBS Training Officer

 

Job Summary:

The CBS Training Officer is primarily responsible for improving the competencies of the Customer Service Representative team by devloping and applying instructional design principles to different training projects. The role will also conduct CS & Telesales specific soft skills and technical skills traininngs and shall monitor and document the agents and team's performance regularly. 

 

Role Exposure:

  • Develop and monitor strategic performance improvement plans
  • Be part of a team where continuous process improvements suggestions for better customer satisfaction are always welcome.
  • Deliver and facilitate continuous education modules and courses 

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 2 years experience in facilitating soft and technical skills programs
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Experienced in dealing with internal stakeholders 
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft applications: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
