Position Title: Service Quality Specialist
Job Summary:
- Prepare management reports required by SQD Head
- Assist Service Quality Officer for Customer Feedback Management System activities
- Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints
Role Exposure:
- Enhance your customer service skills by doing service recovery for customer complaints
- Improve your creativity in preparing Customer Obsession Materials and drafting Customer Feedback Questionnaire
- Develop your analytical skills in preparing management reports
Qualifications:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office applications especially generation of management information reports
