Position Title:  Service Quality Specialist


Job Summary:  

  • Prepare management reports required by SQD Head
  • Assist Service Quality Officer for Customer Feedback Management System activities
  • Address customer inquiries, requests and complaints


Role Exposure:

  • Enhance your customer service skills by doing service recovery for customer complaints
  • Improve your creativity in preparing Customer Obsession Materials and drafting Customer Feedback Questionnaire
  • Develop your analytical skills in preparing management reports



  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Good written and oral communication skills and presentation skills
  • Able to use Microsoft Office applications especially generation of management information reports
