Position Title: Account Associate
Job Summary:
- Responsible for assisting in meeting the unit’s targets thru servicing daily requirements of clients, maintaining updated data/information on accounts, and ensuring completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist them in analyzing clients’ requirements and/or credit worthiness.
- Coordinates with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Acts as the main point of coordination across different bank units such as Loans Operations, Import/Export, Treasury, and Cash & Commercial
- Assists in loan processing (new, renewal, extension) and helps monitor loan payments, maturities, and accounts
- Supports trade finance transactions, including Letters of Credit (LC), Trust Receipts (TR), and export bill processing
- Handles foreign exchange (FX) and remittance services such as Telegraphic Transfers (TT), Demand Drafts (DD), and currency transactions (USD, JPY, etc.)
- Helps check and track client payments, account balances, and returned checks, and assists with basic CASA transactions
- Coordinates with internal teams to ensure complete documentation (e.g., Financial Statements, ITR, promissory notes, and other loan requirements)
- Prepares basic reports and account monitoring trackers, and follows up on pending documents and requirements
- Assists clients with inquiries and guides them through various banking processes and services
- Supports daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, reimbursements, and report distribution
