Position Title:  Account Manager

 

Job Summary:

  • Acts a central point person and is responsible for the over-all relationship management with traditional trust clients 
  • Responsible for the volume & income targets for traditional trust business
  • Responsible for the evaluation & onboarding of new traditional trust clients
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas
  • Forecast and track key account metrics an prepare reports on account status
  • Ensures adherence of the account management activities to the terms of the contract, internal bank policies and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with bank sales partners to identify and grow opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

 

Role Exposure:

Qualifications:

  • With at least three years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account management
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's products and services
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Candidates with TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred
