Position Title: Account Manager
Job Summary:
- Acts a central point person and is responsible for the over-all relationship management with traditional trust clients
- Responsible for the volume & income targets for traditional trust business
- Responsible for the evaluation & onboarding of new traditional trust clients
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics an prepare reports on account status
- Ensures adherence of the account management activities to the terms of the contract, internal bank policies and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with bank sales partners to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Role Exposure:

Qualifications:
- With at least three years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account management
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's products and services
- Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Candidates with TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred
