Position Title: Administrative Officer

 

Job Summary:

  • The DPD Administrative Officer (DPD-AO) shall perform the following functions:
  1. Secretariat and Paralegal of DPD;
  2. Point Person for financial matters of DPD;
  3. Point Person for Business Continuity Program (BCP)

 

Role Exposure:

Secretariat and Paralegal of DPD

Provide administrative and clerical support to the Data Privacy Department such as, but not limited to:

  1. Provides administrative support in accepting, transmitting, documenting, uploading, safekeeping and/or filing of documents;
  2. Ensures strict monitoring of documents/contracts received and released by DPD their endorsement for proper action;
  3. Sends various communications to internal and external links in relation to DPD and/or administrative matters;
  4. Ensures completion and fulfillment of all incidents, contracts, and coordinates with appropriate business units with regard to security incidents or contract management;
  5. Maintains accurate and synchronized database and filing system for both soft and hard copies of legal documents;
  6. Facilitates and assesses the team’s TAT with regard to all requests;
  7. Acts as safe keeper of all reports, notices, orders, contracts, opinions, researches, and similar documents for systemic filing and archiving;
  8. Facilitates and assesses the DPD’s TAT with regard to all requests.
  9. Maintenance of databases for both contract reviews, security incidents and data breaches, recording and keeping of minutes of the meetings, receiving and recording of court orders, pleadings, pleadings, notices, from the courts, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and other regulatory bodies local and abroad on matters related to data privacy.
  10. Handles responses to warrants, orders or subpoenas issued by the courts, judicial and quasi-judicial bodies, regulatory bodies and agencies pertaining data privacy complaints, cases, and inspections, and coordinating with the BUs of the Bank that may provide assistance to comply with said warrants, orders and subpoenas. Closely coordinate with the LRSG Litigation Department in performing this function for alignment and guidance.

Assist DPD on matters related to budget and expenses,

Point Person for Business Continuity Program (BCP)

Business Continuity Program (BCP).

Others:

  • Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned by the DPO that will further the interest of data privacy and security and uphold the rights of the data subjects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Business or any related courses
  • Must have at least 3-5 years related experience
