Account Manager (Trust Banking Group)

Job Summary:

Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serves as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Delivers AUM and income growth
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas

 

Qualifications:

  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management
  • Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's product and services
  • Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
