Account Manager (Trust Banking Group)
Job Summary:
Oversees a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seeks new sales opportunities
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves as lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Delivers AUM and income growth
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet profitability quotas
Qualifications:
- With at least 3 years of relevant experience in trust banking and account management
- Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with Bank's product and services
- Effective communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
