Position Title: Head, Institutional Services Section

 

Job Summary:

  • Manages the section’s personnel focusing on the support and maintenance of application services in production
  • Manages the development and implementation of enhancements to existing application functionalities
  • He initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG sections and departments

 

Role Exposure:

  • Be trained in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures on application support services
  • Enhance your problem solving skills in terms of ensuring that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures
  • Improve your stakeholder management skills by dealing and negotiating with stakeholders and external parties on application support related matters

 

Qualifications:

  • With at least 8 years experience in application support  using Microsoft C# experience and Microsoft SQL Server
  • With at least 5 years experience in leading team
  • Experience in Project Management 
  • Experience in batch support and PC applications(VB.net)
