Job Summary:

The Benefits Services Officer(BSO) is responsible for the administration of benefit programs of the bank by ensuring operating efficiency and quality service delivery consistent with bank policies and procedures. The BSO ensures prompt processing of employee benefit claims in compliance with applicable labor laws and  conducts researches and surveys necessary in the evaluation and recommendation of more effective benefits policies, programs and procedures.

 

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years experience handling benefits

2. Experience dealing with partner government institutions (SSS, Pagibig etc)

3. Experience in automation, introducing and implementing process improvements

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Has customer service and  stakeholder management skills
