 Job Summary:

Information Technology’s single point-of-contact for the business sector and/or segment. Champions the partnership between ITG and a specific business sector and/or segment, ensuring alignment with the committed IT strategy activities. Oversees the business sector’s IT portfolio and spearheads the end-to-end delivery of IT projects and requests from ideation to implementation. Manages incident and problem resolution for applications affecting the business, and provides key leaders of the business sector and/or segment with visibility into IT activities. Serves as the escalation point for all IT concerns within the business unit. Leads the Business Unit Engagement Team, composed of resources across key roles, who possess a consolidated view and knowledge of various ITG areas relevant to the supported sector and/or segment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a people manager for more than 8 years
  • Experience in portfolio management should be at least 15 years as BU Engagement Leads work with other customer segments.
  • Manages IT portfolio of the business unit
