Position Title: Brand Unit Strategic Marketing (BUSM) Officer - Lead

Job Summary:

  • Contributes in the implementation of marketing strategies for the assigned BU.

 

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supports the BUSM Lead and Division Head in delivering integrated Marketing solutions to support his/her assigned Business Unit.
  • Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products and services per Business Unit on a variety of media and communication platforms.
  • Strategize and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  • Acts as Single Point of Contact of the BU that works with various ABCMTG divisions to deliver various Marketing requirements of the BU.
  • Prepares and monitors annual budgets and Marketing plans while being accountable in   ensuring efficient implementation, utilization and post evaluation. 
  • Should be able to project manage and deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time.
  • Demonstrates capability of analyzing data, identifying insights and defining acquisition, usage and activation opportunities for the Business Units supported.
  • Should be able to deliver other requirements of the team that will be assigned from time to time. Responsible for institutional digital channels strategy, leading the execution of channels-specific campaigns
  • When needed, drives product development of marketing tools and assets
  • May play a key role in institutional brand special projects
  • Develops analytics requirements for campaigns and projects and works with digital teams to create reports and present insights
  • Champions consumer segmentation and insight development
  • Produces guidelines and materials to drive consistency and premiumness in the brand
  • Develops tool kits to support different business units
  • Creates competitive benchmarking: analysis and tracking
  • Identifies opportunity areas for development based on consumer and market trends

 

 

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the financial industry
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills for successful client relations
  • Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing marketing strategies and a proven track record of effectively executing these strategies in alignment with the department's budget, timeline, and expectations
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in leveraging marketing tools and technologies to enhance event outcome
  • A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail, ensuring that project leave a lasting impression
  • Experience in post-project analysis and reporting to measure the impact and improve future strategies
