Position Title: Compliance Analyst
Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the Compliance Specialist (CS), the Compliance Analyst assists the CS in the monitoring of compliance by the Bank with BSP, PSE and SEC rules and regulations relative to corporate governance and related party transaction requirements.

Corporate Governance Program/Plan
- Assists in updating the Bank’s Corporate Governance Manual, as needed, for Board approval;
- Assists in the periodic review of respective Corporate Governance Manual (CGM), RPT policy and accomplishment report vis-à-vis approved business plan (compliance-related only) of BSP-supervised financial subsidiaries and affiliates (FSAs)
Related Party Transactions
- Coordinate various regulatory requirements, as well as attend to special/ad hoc information requirements on related party transactions;
- Provides administrative support for the Committees meeting.
Corporate Governance Program/Plan
- Assists in updating the Bank’s Corporate Governance Manual, as needed, for Board approval;

Related Party Transactions
- Coordinate various regulatory requirements, as well as attend to special/ad hoc information requirements on related party transactions;
- Provides administrative support for the Committees meeting.
Constructive Working Relationship with Regulatory Agencies such as PSE and SEC
- Assists in the coordination of various regulatory requirements, such as special/ad-hoc (non-periodic) information and other requirements;
- Provides assistance in the preparation of letters/communications to regulators on corporate governance and RPTs;
Communication & Training
- Assists the CS in the periodic meetings with the Bank’s BSP-supervised FSAs to discuss compliance issues/concerns; shares information on relevant regulatory issuances; reviews agenda & discussion/presentation materials and minutes of meetings;
Monitoring & Assessment
- Provides assistance in the preparation of Compliance Evaluation Report for Related Party Transactions Committee (RPTC) and Related Party Transactions Management Committee (RPTMC) on RPTs and maintaining organized files of meeting materials;
- Assists in the preparation / maintenance of database of reviewed and evaluated RPTs, groupwide RPT masterlist, approved cross-selling / interlocking positions;
- Assists in the preparation / reporting of annual performance evaluation of board of directors, board and bank-level committees and interlocking positions.
Reporting
- Assists in the preparation of reports/materials for RPTC/RPTMC/CGC/BOD, and other Bank committees, as needed;
Administrative
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or equivalent
