Position Title: Credit Administration Assistant

Job Summary: The Credit Administration Assistant is responsible for handling credit approvals, preparing reports, providing HR-related support, and assisting with administrative requirements of Credit Group

 

Role Exposure:

Credit Committee Secretariat

  • Manages credit proposals requiring approval from designated credit approvers and Board- and Bank-level committees.
  • Organizes and schedules committee meetings, including coordination with members and stakeholders, preparation of agendas and materials, documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items.
  • Prepares report on credit transactions requiring Board of Directors approval, as well as periodic reports on committee activities and tracking of approvals.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Assists in the preparation of productivity and performance reports
  • Coordinates with various Credit Group Divisions to ensure that key performance metrics are properly measured and monitored

Administrative Support

  • Manages HR-related activities for Credit Group, including training coordination, quarterly townhall and annual conference events, team building, as well as employee onboarding/offboarding management, database maintenance and monitoring.
  • Inventory management, office requirement coordination and Business Continuity related activities
  • Manage IT and Non-IT requests and monitors asset inventory to ensure proper tracking and control.
  • Perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative, executive support, or office management role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities
  • Experienced in coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and tracking action items
  • Proficient in report preparation, documentation, and data management
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
