Position Title: Change Management Specialist

Job Summary:
The Change Management Specialist acts as a Change Agent for project activities within ITG scope. They provide support to projects and ensure that the introduction of new tools or processes are planned for and executed in a way that users will embrace the change with minimal disruption to their day-to-day activities. They are also involved in in developing and implementing IT processes and ensure compliance to standards.
Role Exposure

Ensures that all phases and deliverables of the change management process are carried out effectively according to plan and outputs are reviewed

Execute change assessment and prepare a change strategy/plan that will provide a consistent approach on handling the change and identify risks and mitigations needed
-
Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and propose a governance model
-
Work with the project team to plan and successfully execute activities to support implementation and adoption of the change

Analyzes impact of change to existing processes of the organization and assess the need to create a new process, if the change being implemented requires one
-
Responsible for management, capturing, sharing and the accessibility of knowledge assets in relation to the change being implemented

Works alongside the project team and stakeholders to promote and optimize usage the knowledge assets to facilitate adoption of change more effectively
-
Responsible for creating communications content in order to support the implementation and adoption of a change to the organization.

Keeps track of analytics to know how the adoption of change is doing, as well as whether the change being implemented meets the expected outcomes.

Responsible for carrying out adoption measurement activities through surveys and focused group discussions.

Develop, implement and monitor IT processes to help improve operations and overall productivity

Drive Post Mortem and Root Cause Analysis activities to optimize ITG processes and improve productivity.
