Channel Manager

Job Summary:

The jobholder is responsible in strategizing digital channel development and managing existing channels, including the completion of recommendations, business cases, and proposals, when appropriate to support the strategic needs of the business ie. increase turn-in rates, conversion rates, and improved overall customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3-5 years working experience in channel management
  • Must be well-versed in creating data and statistics for reports
  • Attentive to Detail
  • Good communication skills (verbal and oral)
  • Well versed with the following MS applications: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint (Intermediate)
