Position Title: Compensation Evaluation Officer
Job Summary:
- Conducts comparative industry salary studies and other special studies and analysis related to officer compensation and benefits
- Handles all salary movements related to hiring, promotion, merit review, retirement and separation of employees of the Bank
Role Exposure:
- Conducts annual review of Bank officers’ compensation processes and programs (salary structure and increases) to develop a rational salary system
- Recommends merit increases for officers on an anniversary (date of hiring) basis according to policy guidelines, prepare and release letters to respective heads
- Prepares and implements compensation packages of all officers
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Analytical
- With excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills (customer service)
- Has strong collaboration skills to work effectively across various business and functions
- Able to perform other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
