Position Title: Compliance Analyst

 

Job Summary:

 

Reviews and monitors the Bank’s compliance with the timely submission of reports with the Bangko Sentral Ng Pilipinas (BSP),  Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC), The Bureau of the Treasury (BTR) and Philippine Depository and Trust Corporation (PDTC).

Role Exposure

 
  • Conducts/prepares compliance self-testing procedures on the timely submission of all required reports to BSP, PDIC, BTR and PDTC.

 

  • Assist in the preparation of Basel III Leverage Ratio of the Bank (Solo and Conso).

 

  • Prepares required schedules for the monthly Financial Review report with management.

 

 

 

 
  • Maintains files and ensures completeness of the annual audit engagement contract and audited financial statements of the Bank and its subsidiaries, affiliates and foreign branches for future reference and BSP audit requirements.

 

  • Keeps update of pertinent circulars issued by the BSP, PDIC and other regulatory agencies.

 

  • Assists the Section Head in the monitoring and reconciling of various reports and schedules required during the regular audit of the Bank’s books conducted by the BSP and PDIC.

 

  • Ensures proper safekeeping of recorded data stored in the archives as well as those details of documents sent for safekeeping to the Records Management Department.

 

 
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • With strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Can work both independently and in a team;
  • Proficient written and verbal skills
