Position Title:  Customer Lifecycle Program Manager 

 

Job Summary:

The Deposits Lifecycle Management Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the lifecycle management of deposit products customers — from onboarding, portfolio growth, and retention. The Program Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive process improvements, customer segments analysis, and own the P&L.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Program Management & Strategy

- Lead the development and execution of the Deposits Lifecycle Management framework and programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure enhanced customer experience and engagement.

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of launched programs.

 

Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as the central point of contact for lifecycle-related initiatives and programs.

- Facilitate working groups and steering committees to align stakeholders on lifecycle priorities and decisions.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in financial institutions, telecommunication, or FMCG.

  • Strong analytical and P&L management skills.

  • Preferably in product or program management roles.

  • Strong understanding of deposit products and banking operations is a plus.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional programs or projects.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
