Position Title: Delivery & Inventory Management Assistant
Job Summary:
- Receiving accurately of FFE’s from vendors, deployment of requested items to BU’s/branches, setting up Goods Receipt and Goods Issue in the system
Role Exposure:
- Maintains records of items for return/replacement and ensures that all items inside the stock room are properly arranged, accessible, identifiable and keeping the inventory in high integrity
- Proper coordination with different departments/divisions pertaining to arrival of stocks up to receiving by requester
Qualifications:
- Knowledgeable in Logistics and Data Mining
- Experience in MS Office Applications
- ERP experience an advantage
- Has good quality assurance on any tasks/project given
- With 2 years’ experience in Logistics (fresh graduates are welcome)
