Position Title:  Documentation Assistant

 

Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for preparation of loan documents based on approved transaction media, monitoring and tracking of document deficiencies, registration or encumbrance of collateral, insurance management, and safekeeping of credit folders.
  • They are also tasked to ensure that necessary controls are set and being observed and operational risks are properly identified, reported, and monitored in accordance with the regulatory and Bank policies.

 

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Review of Documents
  • Registration of Real Estate/Chattel Mortgage and Remittance of Payment to Service Provider
  • Collateral Management
  • Dispatch of clients’ copies of loan documents, monitoring of annual submission of updated documents, and movement of credit files/folders
  • Insurance Management

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree graduate, preferably in business related course.
  • Proficient in various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must have good verbal and written communications skills.
  • Must have good time management and coordination skills.
  • Flexible and can multitask.
  • Must be willing to report 100% onsite
  • Willing to work overtime.
