Position Title: Deputy Group Head for System Management and Operations


Job Summary:  

  • Responsible for the analysis, design, planning, implementation, and maintenance of all facets of System and Management Operations
  • Plans, coordinates, and directs all daily operational activities of Infrastructure, Operations and Service Management Division and provides direction and solutions that enhance mission-critical operations of each division
  • Work closely with the IT group head and other key business decision-makers in identifying and implementing cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the business


Role Exposure:

  • Enhance your Leadership by developing and maintaining the strategic road map, ensuring that information technology capabilities continually support the overall business’s goals and objectives
  • Play a strategic role where you coordinate the selection, implementation, and upgrade of the business’s software/applications and services
  • Work in a collaborative culture within the division and partners with various departments within the organization



  • Has managed the support side of the IT organization, preferably on a huge organization and ideally on a regulated industry
  • Experience on managing the performance and maintenance of production systems, encompassing IT hardware and network infrastructure; service monitoring and support; and application support
  • Incident, problem and change management
  • Experience in leading big teams (300 to 500 FTEs)
