ELECTRONIC CHANNELS MANAGEMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities
- Manages the design, development, and delivery of the financial products and services that are offered through the electronic channels of the bank managed by the unit (Wealth Manager, MOSE and FX Online).
- Conducts market research and analysis, identifies customer needs and preferences, and creates product roadmaps and specifications.
- Collaborates with the technical, marketing, and operational teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Monitors and evaluates the performance and feedback of the products and services, and implements enhancements and improvements as needed.
- Works closely with the bank’s marketing team to:
- Promote and communicate financial products and services that are offered through the electronic channels of the bank managed by the unit (Wealth Manager, MOSE and FX Online).
- Develop and execute the marketing strategy and plan, including the branding, positioning, messaging, and pricing of the products and services.
- Create and distribute engaging and informative content for our electronic channels products and services, across various platforms and media
- Measures and reports the effectiveness and impact of the marketing activities, and optimizes them as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least three years of experience in electronic channels product and marketing or similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge and skills in digital marketing, product management, and user experience design
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset
- Customer-oriented and team player
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
