Electronic Channels Management Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manages the day-to-day operations and support of the financial products and services that are offered through the electronic channels of the bank managed by the unit (Wealth Manager, MOSE and FX Online).
- Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of the electronic channels, as well as the compliance with the bank’s policies and standards, and the regulatory and market requirements.
- Handles the customer service and relationship management, including the resolution of issues and complaints, and the provision of feedback and education.
- Coordinates with the technical, product, and marketing teams to ensure the smooth and seamless delivery of the products and services.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities and partnerships for the financial products and services that are offered through the electronic channels of the bank managed by the unit (Wealth Manager, MOSE and FX Online).
- Conducts and reports on market research, customer feedback, and user testing, to gain insights and recommendations for improving our electronic channels products and services
- Provide operational support and technical solutions for our electronic channels products and services, including troubleshooting, testing, debugging, and maintenance
- Generate and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reports for electronic channels products and services managed by the unit (Wealth Manager, MOSE and FX Online)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge and skills in data analysis, operations management, and technical support for electronic channels products and services
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerBI, etc.)
- Proficient in VBA, Python, R is a plus
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Creative, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
