Position Title:  Head, Enterprise Services Software Factory

Job Summary:

Works under the general direction & supervision of the Division Head and is the overall responsible for maintaining a pool of skilled software engineers that will be deployed to project during execution.

With the Section heads, he manages the pool of resources focusing on the capacity planning, up-skilling, cross-skilling and onboarding (regular or contractor) developers based on project skill requirements.

He initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG departments and divisions.

Role Exposure:

• Collaborates with Business Relationship Account Management and Capability Solutions Department to understand the developer resources requirements of the projects in the pipeline
• Analyze and maintain a capacity plan
• Make capacity adjustments and take action depending on the  developer resources requirements in the pipeline
• Work closely with the Delivery Management Department on cases that there are changes in their project resource requirement such as resource extension, skill mismatch, and additional resources are required. 
• Handles personnel management including recruitment and selection, supervision, and performance appraisals. Develops and trains staff to ensure adequate and current skill sets.

• Responsible in the creation and fine-tuning of our software development estimation framework

• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
