Position Title: Facilities Administration Assistant

 

Job Summary:

Provides preventive maintenance for a trouble-free Head Office building and other electrical and engineering problems of the Bank. Handles the daily repair and maintenance of premises and air-con/signage-related matters for Head Office and reviews Contractors’ progress billings for disbursement. Supervises and monitors the housekeeping of the building

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Engineering/Architectural course  
  • Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is an advantage
  • With technical expertise and experience in handling equipment maintenance and repair
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Customer oriented
