Job Summary:
The Fraud Detection Analyst (FDA) shall assist the Fraud Detection Officer in the efficient and effective fraud detection and implementation of appropriate fraud prevention controls to mitigate fraud loss.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs efficient and effective fraud detection thru accurate and timely review of alerts and verification of unusual transactions. Implements appropriate preventive controls while balancing customer experience.
- Contacts customers to verify unusual account activity. Escalate calls when necessary.
- Escalate fraud incidents or cases when necessary.
- Submits accurate, complete and timely reports.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
