CSR Teller

Consumer Business Sector Vacancies

Collections Associate
The Collections Associate perform collection activities for overlimit and front end (1-29 days) past due accounts. He/She is also responsible for the achievements of the set targets, meeting the set standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.

Collections Quality Control Specialist
The Quality Assurance Associate shall assist in the implementation of different quality control (QC) test procedures.
He/She is responsible for conducting various Day-2 review activities for Collections and ensuring that all errors are reported on time for prompt resolution.

Collections Resolutions Specialist
The jobholder is tasked to ensure that customer issues and requests are addressed timely and all communications to customers adhere to the policies set by the Department and Corporate Communications. The role will entail continuous effort to improve customer satisfaction and complaints reduction.
 

Special Accounts Associate
Responsible for the management and resolution of assigned delinquent MetroHome, MetroCar and CTS loan accounts. Closely coordinate with the booking branch and/or servicing Consumer Lending Business Centers for the assigned delinquent loan accounts.

Collections Back-Office Assistant
Primary function is to ensure that the back office requirements of the calling group are provided for and that all instructions and guidelines are properly observed and handled within the given time frame. 

Branch Sales Associate
The Branch Sales Associate is responsible for soliciting credit card applications via different acquisition methods e.g. lobby management in Metrobank branches, callout of targeted customers from Bank-provided leads, booth selling in payroll companies, along with other similar acquisition activities set by the Management.

Customer Service Representative - Phone Based 
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing quality service to Metrobank and PS Bank Credit Card holders by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of card sales, service inquiries, requests, and concerns made via call, email and other correspondences.

Transaction Processing Specialist 
Handles the review on the correctness and completeness of loan documents, ensures accuracy of loan details in accordance with the loan approval prior to loan processing and booking. The Transaction Processing Specialist is responsible in validating and execution of all Consumer Loans Booking and payment instructions. They also process all Consumer Loan accounts and ensures all instructions were properly authorized. Transaction Processing Specialists prepares end-of-day reports

Fulfillment Specialist
The jobholder is responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and processing of loan application documentations, coordination with sales, credit, and operations, and managing application record

Relationship Assistant
You will service daily requests of clients, maintain updated data/information on accounts and ensure completion of all loan-related documentary requirements to assist in analyzing clients' requirements and/or credit worthiness. Coordinate with concerned units regarding the appropriate management of accounts to ensure adequate delivery of bank services to clients.

Account Maintenance and Corporate Underwriting (AMU Credit Analyst)

The role is responsible for providing thorough initial evaluation of various applications based on existing credit card policies to full data encoding and perform callouts to Sales or Metrobank branches to complete deficiencies

Account Service Associate (Makati, Binondo, Imus Cavite, Laguna, Lipa Batangas)

Assists in meeting the bank’s objective in terms of efficiency in servicing of all loan and trade transactions of Institutional Banking Sector customers in coordination with the Operating units and in accordance with the Bank’s existing policies and BSP regulations.

Loans Specialist 
Responsible for encoding all the data, both loan implementation and loan administration in the Commercial Loan /Integrated Loan Systems. Prepares all tickets and posting media needed for the accounting entries and callback of all loan transactions. Credits loan proceeds as well as the debiting of loan payments, charges, and fees from the deposit account of the clients maintained with the bank. Prepares various reports required by various units of the bank and other reports required by the management, and preparation of individual production summary.

Lease Marketing Assistant
Assists the implementation and accomplishment of lease marketing activities related to the lease portfolio of the Bank-owned properties, excess spaces in branches under lease, and renewals of branches leased from 3rd parties. Maximizes revenue potentials for the Bank by closing sensible/profitable lease transactions, and coordinating tenant relations, payment collections, and concern and delinquency resolution.  Minimizes rent and other expenses through lease negotiations for branches.

Payment Specialist 
Examines, analyzes, and process outward domestic and foreign telegraphic transfer (TT)/remittances through the appropriate electronic systems in accordance with established policies of the Bank and related BSP regulations including AMLA/KYC. Earmark to Treasury fund transfers to and from various accounts. Handles the centralized funding of USD and 3rd Foreign Demand drafts. Prepares and monitors timely submission of periodic internal/external regulatory reports. A liaison for account opening of MBNY’s Dollar checking account and provider of technical assistance/solutions to various queries, issues, and concerns of branches, clients, and marketing officers.

Business Analyst 
Is responsible for designing and gathering user’s business requirements and communicates the functional specifications to the DW team for data availability, logic formulation and programming; and provides the necessary support in delivering the information requirements of the business units.

Office of the President  Vacancy

Credit Investigator/ Appraiser

• As Credit Investigator - Responsible in ensuring the credit worthiness of existing and prospective loan applicants through verification of information and checking of various documents with the different private and government agencies.
• As Appraiser - Responsible for the evaluation of collateral being offered to the bank to secure a loan, dacion, foreclosure or for possible sale of a bank property or acquired asset. The role is also in charge of ensuring the exact location of the property under appraisal and ensures its acceptability per existing bank policy, and that the values rendered are fair and reasonable via systematic analysis of available data. The role also ensures that appraisals are within the prescribed TAT and the quality of reports is within the acceptable standards.
