Position Title: Head, Credit Investigation & Appraisal – San Fernando
Job Summary:
Supervises and control of the Centralized Credit Unit (CCU). Ensures that the unit complies with all the requirement and policies of the bank. Reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT.
Role Exposure:
- Supervises the Centralized Credit Unit.
- Assist the Department Head in the reviews and approves all requested tasks for accounts within each respective areas of responsibility and authority limits.
- Manages the monitoring, pooling, scheduling and assignment to CI/Appraisers of the various requested tasks.
- Review, validates and approves various CRIAD reports.
- Ensure an acceptable quality of work and reports are submitted within the prescribed TAT.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Engineering, or any Business- related course
- Must be a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser
- With at least 10 years of experience in Credit Investigation and Appraisal
- Proven leadership experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Extensive experience of credit investigation and appraisal in the banking industry
- Strong analytival, decision-making and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of operations within prescribed turnaround times
- Willing to conduct fieldwork
