Position Title: HR Process Reengineering Officer

 

Job Summary:

  • The Process Reengineering Officer plays a critical role in transforming HR operations by leading process reviews, migrations, and optimizations. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for efficiency, designing future-state processes and ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement across HR workstreams.

Job Description:

  • Lead process reviews by identifying optimization areas, mapping current workflows, designing future processes, assessing impacts, and recommending migration priorities
  • Review HR processes by identifying optimization areas, mapping current workflows, designing future-state processes, and capturing improvement benefits
  • Oversee process migration by developing strategies, scaling work scope with FTE considerations, creating job aids, coordinating training, and providing post-implementation support
  • Drive process optimization by identifying KPIs and supporting improvement sprints to achieve performance goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, business process reengineering, or operations management
  • Experience working in HR or supporting HR functions is highly preferred
  • Proven track record in leading or supporting process migration and optimization initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in KPI development and tracking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
