Position Title: Head, Assets, Deposits & Institutional Support Systems Sec


Job Summary:

  • Works under the general direction & supervision of the Division Head.
  • Manages department’s personnel focusing on UAT, implementation support of maintenance, error fixes and initiatives for existing application. 
  • Manages also the service transition of applications from other IT Delivery units and the conversion into service catalogue of identified ITG services on a periodic basis.
  • Participates in guidelines or policies review impacting Service Management Division initiated by other units; initiates preparation of internal guidelines or policies within the Department or Division when needed.
  • Initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG departments and divisions.


Role Exposure:

  • Be trained in developing, implementing and maintaining policies and procedures on application support services
  • Enhance your problem solving skills in terms of ensuring that all support or service requests are dealt with according to the agreed procedures
  • Improve your stakeholder management skills by dealing and negotiating with stakeholders and external parties on application support related matters



  • With at least 5 years experience in banking or financial institutions
  • With excellent and proven experience in people management
  • Highly analytical and open-minded who can work under pressure
  • With good oral & written communication skills
  • Process oriented and can drive continuous improvement not only in his department but to the other departments of the division
  • Demonstrates leadership skills by leading and providing direction to the department and other work groups
