Job Description:
- Develops a compensation strategy that addresses external competitiveness, internal equity and meritorious performance. Administers and maintains rewards and recognition-related policies and programs that foster full development of each employee’s ability to contribute to the Bank. Manages the Bank’s Attendance System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
- Has 5 years of experience in handling benefits
- At least 3 years of experience in handling teams
- Good communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Keen into details
