Position Title: Head, Strategic Support Department

 

 

 

Job Summary:

  • The Head of Strategic Support Department will support the Consumer Business Sector in overseeing various risk areas which include corporate governance, regulatory compliance, operational, data privacy, information security, and fraud risk, among others. The job entails ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations, operational control standards and best practices by taking a practical approach to risk-based challenges and proactively recommending appropriate solutions. Works closely with Controllership Group, Internal Audit Group (IAG), Risk Management Group, RBG-Fraud Management Division, Anti Money Laundering Division (AMLD) and Compliance Division.

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree- any business or finance related course
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in the consumer lending industry or financial services, with a strong understanding of lending processes, products, and regulations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing consumer lending strategies to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with data analysis, market research, and performance metrics to support decision-making and identify new opportunities.
