Position Title: Management Trainee (ITG)

 

Job Summary:

  • Write programs and codes based on approved solution plan document.
  • Document system design and program specification
  • Collaborate with the Business Analyst to provide design inputs and estimates
  • Deliver enhancements for functionalities and service catalogue requests for application services assigned
  • Conduct unit testing on written codes to ensure program perform per design at the unit level.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Exposure in Mobile Banking, Cloud Technology, API development, DevOps, and Web Development
  • Holistic training in Application Development through classroom & hands-on training and coaching/mentoring by subject matter exports within the organization
  • Successful trainees will join Metrobank’s elite pool of officers and can look forward to a challenging and rewarding career in banking

 

Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates with Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any technical related courses
  • Must have a strong desire to pursue a career in Application Development
  • Must have excellent scholastic records
  • Must be able to work with minimum supervision
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have effective leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work individually and with a team
