Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Relationship Management

 

  • Assesses performance of products and services availed by various NBFI and GFI counterparties including trading, investment and treasury deals, cash management pricing, service fees based on statistical reports and periodical review performed.
  • Establishes relationship with new and prospective NBFI and GFI counterparties. Presents and endorses new products and service proposals to the Division Head highlighting product features, pricing, benefits and relevance for consideration and further presentation to Management for approval.
  • Evaluates and coordinates negotiations of the terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) on Cash Management Services. Ensure that the Bank receives the best terms all the time.
  • Oversees the implementation of approved agreements with counter-party NBFIs and GFIs and ensure consistency across all scope and area of responsibility.
  • Reviews and validates the account analysis received on VOSTRO Accounts of NBFI counterparties
  • Ensures timely and quality handling of inquiries received from both internal and external customers/counterparties of IICD to support NBFI customer service requirements.

Credit Management

 

  • Conducts annual establishment, review and renewal of credit facilities of NBFI and GFI counterparties.
  • Evaluates and recommends credit facilities for ALCO/ EXCOM’s case to case / special approval.
  • Reviews, evaluates and analyzes financial condition of active / prospective counterparts on a regular basis.
  • Endorse line availments and borrowings from approved credit facility/ies by bank management.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

Information Management

 

  • Endorses AML /KYC/ US Patriot Act Questionnaires received from various domestic and foreign NBFI and GFI counterparties to Compliance Division.
  • Monitor assessment of Compliance Division to the accomplished AML Questionnaires provided by the NBFI counterparties. Facilitates/handles transactional AML related queries for the benefit of the Bank.

 

Cash Management Service

 

  • Works with Head Office Center/CBG/BLG on operation/service issues concerning implementation requirements on the presentation of cash management service capabilities of the of cash management service Leases with CBG/ ITBD on logistical bank to prospective IICD Customers
  • Handles periodic review of existing CMS arrangements with IICD customers
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Business/finance degree or other related studies, MBA is an advantage;
  • Minimum experience of 4 years and above RA-RM role/sales function in the banking industry;
  • Good to solid understanding of the banking business and process;
  • Preferably with acceptable Credit Risk background;
  • Has proven professional accomplishments of deliverables (e.g. meeting targets/ KRA-KPIs);
  • Preferably a “Hunter” type. Has the acumen to spot and bring in New to bank/ New business for Institutional Investors Coverage Division
