Investment Specialist (Financial Markets Sector)
Job Summary:

Implements business strategies to increase client base, improve customer service and relations, enhance client retention and loyalty, and derive additional business from existing accounts

Supports Relationship Managers of various sectors in deepening customer relationships by providing investment products and services.

Profiles clients as to product suitability and assists the Branch and Relationship Managers in conducting profiling activities.

Conducts marketing calls and comprehensive product briefings and market updates to prospective and existing clients.

Continually assesses and provides feedback to the Desk/Department Head regarding market performance, competitiveness, relevance and overall profitability of investment products and services.

Complies with policies and regulations affecting the market where he/she trades and conducts work activities with an awareness of the risks and prescribed controls.

Monitors the submission of required documents by clients/branches and ensures accuracy and prompt delivery of investment documents and reports to clients.

Files, safe keeps and maintains documents of the Desk, particularly deal-related customer files.

Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
-
With a strong background in investment sales, private banking, or wealth management

A Certified Treasury Professional and SEC license holder
-
With two years of experience working for a Bank as Treasury Specialist or Trader
