DESCRIPTION:

The Leadership Excellence and Advancement Program (LEAP) is an institution-wide, accelerated development program for experienced professionals with high leadership potential. Designed to prepare participants to take on key Senior Officer (Assistant Vice President and up) positions, it provides a structured yet dynamic learning experience through leadership development, mentorship, and exposure to critical business functions.

KEY PROGRAM FEATURES:

• Specialized learning sessions to enhance critical competencies
• Structured immersion through a series of 6 to 12 month rotations in various sectors
• Focused career counseling, mentorship from senior leaders, and exclusive networking opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS

Current Role

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications like CFA, CPA, or FRM are a plus)

• Exhibits strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and a broad organizational perspective
