Position Title: Lease Management Assistant
Job Summary:
Assists the consummation of lease of ROPA and Bank Premises, with primary focus on customer service, turnaround time and compliance with policies and regulations.
Maximizes revenues through efficient execution and enforcement of implementation documents. Minimizes expenses by mitigating risks through ensuring proper documentation and enforcement of Bank policies and procedures. Ensures compliance with prescribed regulations for lease transactions.
Role Exposure:

- Assists in updating and monitoring lease portfolio of bank-owned properties.

- Initiates, follows up and secures updated information and documents on the status and condition of the property being leased.

- Entertains inquiries on status or updates of leased properties and resolves tenants, brokers, referror's concerns, issues and complaints.

- Initiates, follows up, checks and coordinates the processing and execution of lease documents (e.g., Contract of Lease).

- Assists in evaluation, recommendation, and processes requests from clients on concerns after property has been leased (e.g., Amendments, Addendums).

- Assists in monitoring of collection of rent and other related fees and charges due from the tenants.

- Drafts notices, letters and various correspondences to tenants, brokers, and referrors in connection with unpaid fees and charges, and lacking documentary requirements.
Qualifications:
- With strong organizational and time management skills;
- Can work both independently and in a team;
- Proficient written and verbal skills
- Strong Attention to detail
