Marketing Officer, Sales & Materials Disposal Section

Position Title: Marketing Officer
Job Summary:
Ensures the sale of Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA, Bank-owned properties including, vehicles, used FFEs, and other assets approved by Management, through bidding, public auction, negotiated sale, and redemption/ repurchase of former owner with a focus on sales volume, income, turn-around time and customer service.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organizes sales events, promotions, and presentations.
- Prepares collateral/promo materials necessary for marketing calls and road shows.
- Handles the marketing of various Real and Other Properties Acquired (ROPA) and other assets of the Bank.
- Handles sales calls and inquiries from buyers, investors, branches, brokers, and referrers.
- Organizes and conducts site inspections with buyers, investors, brokers, and referrers.
- Negotiates with buyers and conducts bidding, as necessary, to generate the best selling price for the assets.
- Evaluates proposals of buyers, conducts KYC checking and risk assessment, and makes necessary recommendations to Management.
- Prepares various Correspondence to buyers, brokers, and referrers in connection with the sale of assets.
- Secure approval from the respective Committees of the Bank for the sale of assets.
- Handles initial documentation of sale transactions.
- Handles buyback and redemption transactions of former owners.
- Coordinates with Asset Management Department (AMD), Permits Processing and Registration Department (PPARD) Remedial and Administrative Division (RASD), Legal Services Division (LSD), and Special Account Management Group (SAMG) on the status of properties.
- Manages the ROPA Manager System modules pertaining to the encoding of buyer and referrer information, addition/modification of sales offers and sales proposals, and offering memos.
- Ensures that sales policies and procedures are strictly implemented.
- Makes recommendations to Management for approval in the event such policies and procedures need to be amended.
- Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business- related courses, preferably Economics, Accounting or Finance
- At least 5 years working experience in ROPA
- Must have a pro-active approach to problem solving and the ability to meet tight deadlines
