Interaction Designer (UI/UX Designer)
The Interaction Designer’s role is to turn the division’s User Experience vision into tangible, navigable reality. The Designer uses customer-driven insights and iterative methodologies to design and create usable, relevant and elegant user flows, interfaces, structure and interactions. The Interaction Design team also establishes an interface design system organizing the best practices across the division’s digital banking products.

Product Owner
The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing digital products of the bank. Working closely with a cross-functional team, the PO leads product discovery, defines clear and actionable requirements, and ensures alignment between business goals and user needs.
The Product Owner serves as a bridge between business and tech – translating strategic goals into delivery-ready requirements. This role is expected to bring clarity to complex problems, manage delivery from scope to testing, and maintain a strong connection to both stakeholder priorities and user outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly accountable, detail-oriented, and motivated by the opportunity to build meaningful digital experiences.
Product Engineer Lead (Software Development Lead)
Performs a range of responsibilities from shaping, implementing and leading the delivery of products to ensuring that client stays on the leading edge of technology. Contribute across the technology stack, from DB Scripts, API, Web and Mobile development. Passion for software development and apply continuous learning by keeping abreast with the latest libraries and tools. Demonstrate leadership in product quality, technical excellence and engineering practices
Change Manager (Transformation Manager)
The Change Manager acts as an agent of change for the organization and will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives are rolled out in a manner that reflects the values of Metrobank to ensure objectives are met on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.
Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including organizational culture change, along with changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. Primary responsibility will be working as part of the Project and Business Units to create and implement change management plans and strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Enablement and Support Manager (Business Operations Manager)
The Operations Manager is a strategic thinker with a strong operational focus to drive efficiency, employee engagement, and continuous improvement, particularly of processes for enablement and support. He/she ensures regulatory and bank policy compliance of frameworks designed and implemented for the Digital Banking Division. Duties includes: Team Leadership, Strategic Planning, Vendor and Internal Relationship Management, Financial and Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
Project Management Officer (PMO)
The Project Management Officer (PMO) will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the bank. This individual will be responsible for establishing and managing project governance frameworks, providing centralized support to the project team, and driving continuous improvement across the program. The PMO will work closely with senior leadership, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
DevSecOps Engineer
The primary role will be to merge development, security, and operations elements to improve end-to-end system security. You will be responsible for creating and implementing systems that are optimized for scalability, functionality, and security, enhancing the security posture of our development and production environments, and working collaboratively with development and operations teams. Collaborate with Software Engineers: Work with software engineers to identify critical areas for security implementation in the development process. Design and Implement Secure Practices: Develop, test, and implement secure software development practices and standards. Automate Security Controls: Automate security controls, data protection, and vulnerability management systems in deployment pipelines.
Solution Architect
A Solution Architect is a professional who designs and implements technology solutions for organizations to meet their business needs.The primary role of a Solution Architect is to create a technical strategy that aligns with business goals, utilizing both hardware and software resources. Making sure that solutions are modular, re-useable, expandable, scalable, secure, and cost efficient. They work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, developers, engineers, and business leaders, to ensure the solution meets the organization's needs and requirements. Developing and presenting technical solutions that meet the organization's needs and align with the overall technology strategy. Identifying potential technical challenges or limitations that may arise during the solution development process and finding ways to mitigate them. Collaborating with other team members to ensure that all aspects of the solution that considers security, scalability, performance, and usability.
Delivery Manager
The Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical delivery and dependency management through close collaboration with P11 stakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, Service Designer, Production Engineering, Shared Services) as well as other cross-functional units within the organization (i.e ITG, ISD etc.) The delivery manager performs SCRUM Master duties and responsibilities to the SRUM team in addition to developing the project plan, scope, estimates, timelines and manage the implementation of technical projects using project management methodologies (waterfall or agile) to ensure on-time delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance to process and technical standards. The Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring that project milestones and deliverables are fulfilled as committed, that roadblocks, risks, and issues are managed in a timely manner, and that implementation is done in compliance to the IT Governance framework.
Technical Business Analyst
The Technical Business Analyst serves as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that software applications, systems, and integrations align with organizational goals. This role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with development teams to optimize business workflows and technology implementations.
