We are looking for talented professionals to fill the following positions:
**Digital Banking Division (P11)
The Digital Banking Division develop digital-first products and services that help customers in their financial journey it also enables and empower our customers to achieve their financial goals through meaningful digital touchpoints and understand customer behaviors, challenges and preferences to design products, solutions and/or services with an iterative approach to ensure they are continually relevant and adaptive to customers’ needs.
Change Management
Will focus on the people side of change, including organizational culture change, along with changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organizational structures. Primary responsibility will be working as part of the Project and Business Units to create and implement change management plans and strategies that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Delivery Manager
Is responsible for the technical delivery and dependency management through close collaboration with P11 stakeholders (i.e. Product Owner, Service Designer, Production Engineering, Shared Services) as well as other cross-functional units within the organization (i.e ITG, ISD etc.) The delivery manager performs SCRUM Master duties and responsibilities to the SRUM team in addition to developing the project plan, scope, estimates, timelines and manage the implementation of technical projects using project management methodologies (waterfall or agile) to ensure on-time delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance to process and technical standards.
Design Researcher
User Experience vision and design execution, the visual and interaction design system, and its best practices, through behavioral insights about its customers and users. In addition, because insights and iterations are only as effective as how widely understood and supported, they are, it is the design researcher’s role to evangelize these across the team, and with our key stakeholders.
Enablement and Support Lead
Performs core business systems support functions, backs up for urgent business systems functions, continuously improves processes for his/her areas of responsibility, and, ensures regulatory and bank policy compliance of frameworks designed and implemented for the Digital Banking Division.
Enablement and Support Officer
- Job Functions: Administrative | Accounting/Auditing | Management
- Skills: Accounting | Business Process Improvement | Procurement | Business Support Systems (BSS)| Standards Compliance| Capital Expenditures| OPEX
Interaction Designer
- Specializations: UI/UX, Figma, Prototyping
- Qualifications: Professional experience in prototyping and wireframing
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams from Tech, Design, and Product Management
- Preferably experienced in conducting design workshops or trainings focused on user-centered and iterative design
Project Management Officer (PMO)
Will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of a large-scale digital transformation initiative within the bank. This individual will be responsible for establishing and managing project governance frameworks, providing centralized support to the project team, and driving continuous improvement across the program. The PMO will work closely with senior leadership, delivery managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Product Owner
Leads the development of pilot products and engagement leads for BU stakeholders in the bank. Digital Products and Solutions that are based on business objectives and customer research. They are responsible for determining product requirements, managing the development timeline, and working with a cross-functional team across the organization to launch and operate pilot products. The Product Owner utilizes customer-centric design and agile and lean startup approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.
**Information Security Division (ISD)
The Information Security Division manage all security activities of the bank and safeguard its information assets to ensure protection against loss or misuse of information.
Application Security Engineer
Identity and Access Management Officer
- Skills: Identity Access Management (IAM), CyberArk.
Incident Response Specialist
- Experience: Extensive in Incident Response.
- Level: Senior Assistant Manager - Manager.
Platform Security
- Experience: Systems Administrator.
- Skills: Information Security, Scripting (PowerShell, SSH, etc.).
Security Assurance and Assessment Officer
- Experience: 2-3 years.
- Skills: IT Audit, Risk Assessment.
- Preferred Experience: Banking.
Security Consulting and Risk Office
- Skills: Risk Assessment/Risk Analysis, Network Architecture.
**Information Technology Group (ITG)
The Information Technology Group oversee the Bank’s IT application systems, infrastructure, processes, service levels, and investments. It also supports the Bank’s Information Security Division in maintaining the integrity, reliability, and confidentiality of information assets. It also provides technical support for the Bank’s business continuity plan (BCP) and administer the operations of the Bank’s Business Recovery Center (BRC).
Account Manager
- Skills: Technical account & project management, stakeholder management, vendor management, contract management, portfolio management.
Enterprise Architect
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Certifications: TOGAF
- Specializations: Application Architecture, Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture (with a focus on applications)
Lead Account Manager
- Skills: Technical account & project management, people management, stakeholder management, vendor management, contract management, portfolio management.
Security Architect
- Specializations: Application Security, Modern Application Architecture
- Experience: 10+ years in IT, architecture, and/or security-related roles
- Preferred Backgrounds: Banking, credit card, investments, loans, remittance, trade
Software Developer, Javascript
- Experience: At least 3-4 years in systems design, programming, and/or systems software and support
- Programming Languages: ReactJS | Node.js, Loopback 4 API development | Microservices Architecture | Dev Tools (GIT, JIRA, Sonarqube, Mocha, Jest)
- Knowledge: End-to-end systems development life cycles and modern software development approaches
- Nice to Have: Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and services
Software Developer Lead, Oracle
- Experience: At least 5 years in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Best Practices, and PL/SQL optimizations.
- Recommended Skills: Oracle APEX, MongoDB NoSQL, PostgreSQL, Bash Shell/Batch Scripting.
- Preferred Experience: Lead role for at least 2 years.
- Required Skills: At least 5 years in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Database Administration, Oracle Best Practices, and PL/SQL optimizations.
Solutions Architect
- Skills: Application development, software design solutions.
- Proficiency: Any 2 of the following programming languages/platforms: Java, JavaScript, .Net, Mulesoft, SQL/PLSQL.
- Required Experience: Banking/Credit Card/Investments/Loans/Remittance/Trade/Insurance exposure or experience.
