Digital Banking

Visual Designer - The Visual Designer is responsible for the creation of visual elements for PS Bank products, with a primary focus on Earnest. The Visual Designer works closely with a cross-functional team from product, interaction design, and marketing to create a strong visual identity for our products that is cohesive across the experience, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with the brand.

 

Product Owner - The Product Owner leads the development of pilot products and engagement leads for business unit stakeholders in the bank. Digital Products and Solutions that are based on business objectives and customer research. They are responsible for determining product requirements, managing the development timeline, and working with a cross-functional team across the organization to launch and operate pilot products. The Product Owner utilizes customer-centric design and agile and lean startup approaches to be able to deliver products that address customer challenges and meet business objectives.

 

Systems and Integration Officer - The Systems and Integration Officer identifies and document detailed requirements for integration, development, and enhancement of application systems. Participates in definition, design, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements while clarifying ambiguities and firming up concepts where necessary. Works closely with service design teams to understand and document current and proposed business process and business objectives. Prepares requirements documentation such as but not limited to i.e., user manuals, detailed user stories, functional requirements document and compliance/audit notices that will be comprehensible to both the business people, technical delivery and support people. Assists the Product Owner and the Scrum team/s in planning, organizing and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

 

Product Engineering Lead - The Systems and Integration Officer identifies and document detailed requirements for integration, development, and enhancement of application systems. Participates in definition, design, testing, training, implementation, and support of system requirements while clarifying ambiguities and firming up concepts where necessary. Works closely with service design teams to understand and document current and proposed business process and business objectives. Prepares requirements documentation such as but not limited to i.e., user manuals, detailed user stories, functional requirements document and compliance/audit notices that will be comprehensible to both the business people, technical delivery and support people. Information Technology

 

Solutions Architect - Works under the supervision of the Capability Solutions Section Head and is responsible for the delivery of the project solution according to approved business objective, regulatory and company standards.  Coordinates with other units in the bank to get all the inputs needed to deliver the appropriate solution to the project. Document the high level design as well as factory, software, licenses, hardware requirements and other related information needed in the solution document. Support the project team during execution to ensure the project is delivering according to the approved solution

 

Enterprise Architect - The Enterprise Architect works under the general direction of the Enterprise Architecture Department Head. He focuses on evaluating enterprise wide IT solutions and tools, maintenance of IT enterprise standards, and managing common platform that would be used bank-wide, and aligned to by IT projects. He also initiates and fosters effective liaisons with other ITG divisions, segment business executives and concerned IT committee

 

Software Developer - Works under the supervision of the Capability Developer Pool Section Head/Delivery Department Head and is responsible for the development of simple to high complexity application design, programs and related facilities according to approved business specifications, regulatory and company standards.  Can be assigned as a Lead Developer or Developer depending on the project staffing requirements.

 

Incident Manger (IMO) serves as the point of contact for all incidents of unplanned downtime/disruption of critical systems/applications of the Bank. Collaborates with all the support unit’s representatives on resolving incidents affecting critical systems/applications the soonest possible time.

 

Senior Field Engineer - Responsible for the supervision, monitoring, managing and control of all ITG engineers in his section in the performance of their engineering functions, i.e. installation, setup, configuration,  maintenance, troubleshooting and replacement (where needed) of endpoint infrastructure (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, monitors), and other IT infrastructure outside the central data center (branch servers, LAN switches, bank-owned network equipment, closed-circuit TV, un-interruptible power supply, ATM and CAM). Responsible for the timely rollout and deployment of endpoint software where physical onsite or remote installation is required, e.g. anti-virus, endpoint/server programs, etc. Prioritize assignments in reporting, deployment, implementation of tasks in monitoring availability, maintaining and updating system of endpoint infrastructure and network equipment. 

 

Core Banking

Functional Lead - Assist the Track Lead in the planning, preparing, and managing the activities of his/her sub-section and ensure completion of deliverables according to the project timeline.

 

Programmer Analyst is responsible for the development of simple to medium complexity application design, programs and related facilities according to approved business specifications, regulatory and company standards.
