Position Title: Occupational Safety & Health Assistant

 

Job Summary:
 

  • Assists the Employee Relations Officer in the planning, organization, implementation, coordination and evaluation of the Bank’s Employee Engagement, Internal Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

Role Exposure:

 

Employee Engagement

  • Supports design and administration components of institutional Employee Engagement strategies and retention programs that aims to retain highly satisfied and high-performing employees
  • Supports design and administration components of institutional programs that will create opportunities for employees to be recognized and rewarded for their behavior and achievements.
  • Partner and coordinate with external merchants in providing corporate partnerships as employee perks and privileges, if needed and where applicable.

HR Communications

  • Assist with design and implementation of HR internal communication channels and people related communication campaigns that will increase organization awareness of the Bank’s employee-centric initiatives and activities.

CSR Programs

  • Prepares CSR programs and plans.
  • Implements the unit’s CSR plans and programs, such as but not limited to bankwide thematic projects, ad hoc projects, chorale activities and other requirements.
  • Assists in strengthening CSR chapter leadership and volunteer mobilization.
  • Maintains the CSR page of Insight online and Purple Hearts Club Workplace page

Reports Management

  • Prepares the required reports for various employee relations programs covering but not limited to:
    • Projects undertaken and programs coordinated
    • Metrobanker’s Foundation MANCOM agenda and minutes
    • Year-to date (YTD) reports; and / or,
    • Budget disbursements

Others:

  • Ensures compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Prepares reports for management information.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related courses
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
