Position Title: Occupational Safety & Health Assistant

 

Job Summary:
 

  • Assist the Unit the in the implementation and evaluation of employee safety, health & wellness programs/initiatives.

Role Exposure:

  • Support in the design and implementation of employee safety, health & wellness programs/initiatives
  • Handle design and implementation of employee communication related to employee safety, health & wellness programs/initiatives
  • Support OSH Officer in ensuring compliance and proper implementation of the DOLE standards on Occupational Safety & Health e.g. Maintenance of Health & Safety Committee, OSH related Trainings, Health & Safety Programs & Advisories, Workplace Accident and Illness Reporting, and Emergency & Pandemic Plans
  • Support in handling of third-party provider such as medical clinics and canteens
  • Handle reporting and database management of OSH related programs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related courses
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and multi-media tools e.g. canva, adobe photoshop, etc.
  • With strong communication, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
