Position Title: Operations Integration and Quality Specialist

 

Job Summary:

The Ops Integration & Quality Specialist shall be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and onboarding process to monitoring tools, transition of new systems and services to Monitoring & Control Department (MCD), manage the systems and tools owned by MCD, perform quality assurance and improvement programs. These responsibilities further extend to creating policies and procedures, where needed, in coordination with IT Management Division – Process Excellence Department.

 

Role Exposure:

  • Manages the monitoring tools. Implements, configures, and onboards systems to monitoring tools. Optimizes according to business service level requirements.
  • Handles transition of systems and services from delivery to operations. Creates and updates standards needed to operationalize systems and services. Serves as the point of contact to other units requesting transition support.
  • Reviews MCD practices and prepares the necessary documentation (e.g., policies, procedures, guidelines) to standardize key processes. Assesses risks, implements mitigation and action plans, and documents them (e.g. PRSA, ITRSA)
  • Manages the systems owned by MCD following the Systems Ownership roles and responsibilities. Capable to present an overall view of all systems owned by Operations Division which includes but not limited to roadmap preparation and execution; decommissioning and replacement, if needed with an insight of what to expect next.
  • Authors the Units Monitoring and Control Framework which should align with the departments processes, and new regulations. Updates the framework as and when needed
  • Prepares all documents related to Vendor Management on time.
  • Implements process improvement initiatives within Operations Division to facilitate efficient delivery of services.
  • Reviews RMT entries and recommends ways to maximize or improve productivity.
  • Participates in project testing and attends meetings regarding the project.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in programming using Java, C#, or .NET (experience with Python is a plus).

  • Hands-on experience in the implementation, configuration, and onboarding of monitoring tools, including the transition of new systems and services.

  • Strong background in Process Excellence and Process Documentation.
