PRODUCT IMPLEMENTATION OFFICER
Position Title: Product Implementation Officer
Job Summary:
- Handle onsite distribution of Payroll ATM cards, KYC and documentation of payroll accounts released by RBS-PSID-PIS. Manage activities with the assigned Payroll Client / OWWA Agency / NGO.
Role Exposure:
- Conduct onsite releasing of Payroll ATM Cards of Key BPO / Payroll Clients (both on-going and adhoc-migration). Perform KYC and gathering of required documents for payroll accounts released by the unit.
- Coordinate with branches on payroll account opening, documentation and activation of accounts.
- Coordinate with Company HR on matters related to the payroll account opening, financial literacy seminars and blitzes.
- Endorse File Maintenance, Activation Tool to the unit designated to upload the file.
- Prepare/endorse requisition for cards (i.e., ATM ID, pre-generated).
- Constantly review and recommend process enhancements that will improve scalability and efficiency of payroll operations of the branches and PIS.
- Conduct Financial Literacy Seminars / Company Blitzes for OFWs, Sea-based workers and payroll accountholders.
- Endorse manpower schedule / calendar to Department Head for approval.
- Ensure adherence to agreed schedules / processes.
- Promote remittance services for OFWs to POEA/OWWA-accredited agencies, NGOs, placement offices.
- Comply with all regulatory and internal requirements.
